Room for rent in a brand new house (finished sep 2013). Large room with a BIR and you will have your own bathroom (only shared with a young toddler). If desired our theatre may also be used as your own lounge room although you will also have to supply your own furniture. Applicants must be neat and tidy with full time employment. No smokers, and no drug use will be tolerated as we have a small child. $200 P/w with split food/utilities (free NBN internet as long as it isnt abused, and power bills will be next to nothing as we have solar). Pets will be considered depending on size/type as we already have 2 dogs and a bird. Younger applicants preferred as we are a young couple, although anybody will be considered.
